How I work

  1. 01

    Go where the work happens

    Contact-centre floors, labs, hospital maintenance teams. Interviews and observation before any screen.

  2. 02

    Name the trade-off

    Every case study here turns on one decision. I write it down, with the option we did not take.

  3. 03

    Keep a human on the output

    When AI drafts something, it draws from a closed source and a person approves it before it leaves.

  4. 04

    Build it, then measure it

    I prototype and ship front ends with Claude Code, and run QA with engineering on every release.
